We are going back to the Points for Practice format. All of our winter shoots will be 4 Stage Main Match and 2X CMSA points. Because they are CMSA shoots you must be a current CMSA member to enter and you will be able to enter online which is very much appreciated by the office. However, they are for practice and have a lower entry fee so there will be no main match payback. For the buckle series we will use the same CMT points tracking system that we have in the past. You must be a member of Colorado Mounted Thunder to have points tracked and points will still be tracked by horse and rider team. The 3D is based on an equal 1/3 split of the overall results (top 1/3=1D, middle 1/3=2D, and bottom 1/3=3D). This means that all of the placings in each D receive the same number of points which m

Come join the Southern Crossfire Mounted Shooters for a fun filled weekend at Southern Cross Ranch! Featuring one of the finest covered arenas in the Southeast, with great amenities and the most gracious host and hostess you will find anywhere! Celebrate Alabama Main Event will be a six stage, double points match with payback and prizes. We will begin Saturday morning, December 28 at 9:00 am CST, with a Grand Entry parade, followed by Cavalry Class, then the first four stages of the main match. Saturday night will be a big party in the banquet room, featuring a Chili Cook Off. Bring your favorite chili recipe and join in the fun. Sunday will begin with Cowboy Church at 8:00 am, followed by two stage rifle and shotgun matches at 9:00 am. We will conclude with the final two stages

Come join the Southern Crossfire Mounted Shooters for our year end celebration. Friday night, December 27th will be a three stage double points only match beginning at 5:00 pm CST. Match fee is $35 for shooters, $10 for wranglers.

Colorado Regulators are hosting a 4 stage shoot, the second in the Winter Buckle series. Cost $65, Wranglers $15, Time only's $10 and no shoot time only's $5.00. Anyone not entered in main match a $10 arena fee will be collected. Pre-entry is highly recommended. Jack pot and clean shooter options are available.

Join the Minnesota Mounted Shooters Association at M&D Arena in Anoka, MN for our annual Winter Series sponsored by Animal Care Clinic of Hibbing, Little's Performance Horses, and Viking Saddlery (just up the road from M&D). Applegate Trail Peacemakers is pleased to announce the dates for our third Annual Cowboy Mounted Shooting Winter Series. We will kick things off this year in Albany at the Linn County Fair and Expo Center with a full 6 stage shoot December 13th-15th. Our fourth annual Circle the Wagons will also be in Albany January 31st-Febbruary 2nd. The final shoot for our series will be back in Sunny Central Oregon at the Drag 'N Fly Ranch April 25-27th.
