LARGE SPECTATOR EVENT!!! WE ARE THE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE WEEKEND!!!!

LIMITED TO 50 ENTRIES plus staff, entries may be increased based on camping availability.

ENTRIES CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT Sunday, July 26th, PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Intuit Invoices will be emailed on Monday July27th,
All fees including camping and stalls must be paid by Tuesday July 28th by 7pm
If NOT PAID you will be removed from shoot unless other arrangements are made by contacting 740-206-7214
Wednesday July 29th we will be managing the wait list.

PRIZES
$2500 ADDED MONEY plus BUCKLES for weekend
SATURDAY $ 500.00 Main Match, $250.00 Shoot Pony, $1000 Showcase
SUNDAY $ 500.00 Main Match, $250.00 Shoot Pony.
13 Divisional Buckles (Will be awarded based on points from Saturday and Sunday combined)

FAIR ENTRY
Fair entry and check in information will be EMAILED to you upon receipt of payment, to include:
- Parking Passes for the grounds
- Parking Passes for parking South of 17th Gate 10 on top of Gillian
- Camping Passes
- Individual daily entry passes.

Horse Health Requirements
1. Horses coming from outside of Ohio will need a current negative Coggins test and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection
2. Ohio horses are required to have a negative Coggins test.

"¢ Ohio State Fair Veterinary asks Coggins test be issued January 1, 2026 or later.
"¢ Certificate of Veterinary Inspection is only good for 30 days.

We will provide "Ã..."livestock release forms"? which will be required to leave the fairgrounds with horses.

STALLS
Stalls are concrete (shavings not included)
Stalls will be assigned
Tack stalls will assigned and provided free of charge

Shoot M6 to SL1 to Wrangles -- Adjusted for couples/families/sharing

FRIDAY
AFTER 12/noon -- move in to stalls -- NO EARLY MOVE-INS
ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A STALL -- NO HAUL INS DURING EVENT
AFTER 12/noon -- move in to camping as available
6 pm -- Practice Runs -- NO CHARGE -- TBD

9:30 am -- Safety Meeting
10:00 am - Main match Stage 1
