This shoot will be held under the First Bank & Trust Covered Arena at the Virginia Farm Bureau- Meadow Event Park. Birthplace of the Secretariat! Please Enter through Gate 6. Main Match Payback- Circuit 50% with 30% going to Overalls. Demos on Saturday and Sunday Schedule of Events Friday- 5/8/26 â€" 4:30pm â€" 6:30pm â€" Registration open 5:00pm â€" 7:00pm - Paid Practice. BYO Ammo or buy at the shoot. $50 per person for each person who runs during the practice. Saturday- 5/9/26 - Bloom and Boom 1 (4 stages â€" if over 80 riders we will run 3 stages)) 7:30am to 8am- Registration open 7:30am to 8:30am- Main Arena open 8:30am- Main Arena will close 9am- Main Match first shot, Rifle and Shotgun will follow Main Match Join us at 7:00 pm for a Taco Bar dinner (open to all shooters and family) followed by a 3-Gun Challenge. Sunday-5/10/26 Bloom and Boom 2 (3 stages) 7:30am-8am- Registration 7:30-8:30- Arena Open for warms ups 8am- Cowboy Church (arena closed during church) 8:30- Main arena will close 9am- Cavalry followed by 3 stage Main Match Fees: Ground Fee- $40 Saturday- MM $75 (4 stages) or $65 (3 stages) Sunday- MM $65 Wrangler- $35 Shotgun/Rifle/Calvary- $55 Clean Shooter- $10- 100% payback Demo's- $60 for 4 stages, $50 for 3 stages or $20 per stage. Stall- $80 (weekend) $40 extra night per horse- 2 bags of shavings will be provided with each stall -- Extra Shavings $9 per bag RV- $80 (weekend check in Fri- check out Sun) $40 extra night (First come, first serve) ***To reserve stalls/RV, please contact Becky Monger at 540-435-7766 to reserve. Please also let her know if you will be arriving early or need extra shavings Dry camping is available in the large gravel lot ONLY located on your right as you pull into the facility gate (there will be a white bathhouse on the left as you pull through the gate, the gravel lot is on the right). ** Absolutely NO parking/dropping empty trailers in the area in front of the Barn All dogs MUST be on a leash always, per Meadow Event Park.
